These General Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made on the website www.gemateria.ch, operated by Danny Bron, headquartered at Körnerstrasse 11, 8004 Zürich, Switzerland.

These GTC apply to all orders placed via the website. By confirming an order, the customer accepts these conditions without reservation.
2. Products
The products offered are described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations (e.g., color tones) may occur due to the natural characteristics of gemstones.
3. Prices
Prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF), including VAT, excluding shipping costs. Gemateria reserves the right to change prices at any time. Products are billed based on the prices in effect at the time of the order.
4. Orders
An order becomes valid once payment has been received. Gemateria reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of previous disputes or suspected fraud.
5. Payment
Payment is made using the options offered at checkout (credit card, Twint, bank transfer, etc.). Payment data is processed securely.
6. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are estimates, and Gemateria cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers. Shipping fees are indicated at the time of the order.
7. Returns
According to Swiss law, goods are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a proven defect or error on our part. In case of issues, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your item.
8. Warranty
All stones are carefully selected and inspected. Due to their natural origin, they may include inclusions or variations that are not considered defects.
9. Data Protection
Personal data is treated confidentially and used solely to process orders and manage customer relations. Data will not be shared with third parties unless legally required.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
